Leave time 5:30 am by carpool from Del Oro wrestling room
Weigh-in time 6:00 am
Wrestling starts 9:00 am
What to bring Healthy food to eat through out the day,
such as muffins, bagels, sandwiches, citrus and fruit, and water.
There will be a snack bar with limited healthy food.
Expected end time This is our first year at this tournament
and we are hoping to be done by 6:00 pm.

WILL BE NO BUS AND NO VANS AVAILABLE
