We meet at the Del Oro Wrestling room at 5:15 am

We leave by vans and carpool at 5:30 am

Wrestling begins at 9:00 am

Weights……….are plus 2 pounds

Projected end time: 5:00 pm

Projected time back at Del Oro: 6:00 pm

Bring HEALTHY food and water. There will be a snack bar but healthy food may not be available.
