Wrestling Families, we need your help for the DOPC 1st Annual “Love D.O. Athletics” Online Auction Feb 3 – 12th

What We Are Doing:

First Annual DOPC Sports Booster Spring Online Auction. The goal of this fundraiser is to reduce the need for donations when an athlete participates in a school sport. Each year we hope to grow so that enough money is raised annually to balance the athletic department budget without requesting additional donations from families. But we need your help!

How It Works:

DOPC will host an online auction with all of the donated items February 3 - 12th. The proceeds from each item sold will be given to the team that donated the item. (e.g., Boys Soccer donates a computer. The computer sells at the auction for $500. The $500, less the nominal credit card fee, is given back to Boys Soccer). If your team donates an item and it sells, your team gets the money!

How You Can Help:

We need your donations! Click on the links for the DOPC request letter and donation form to present to potential donors. We will also send a receipt for tax purposes, if requested by your donor. All we need from you is to acquire the donations and turn them in to your Team Representative, Michelle Guardino gmguardino@hotmail.com, by January 10th.

We encourage creative donations so think outside the nest! Big ticket items, corporate donations, themed activities and experiences…we can auction them all! Have an extra weekend at your time-share or cabin? Donate a weekend getaway. Does your boat or RV sit idle? Why not donate a weekend of use? Have a unique car? Donate your time and wheels to chauffer a lucky couple for a special night out! The sky is the limit.
